The Chinese Library has been honoured One Diamond once again in the 2026 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, recognising its consistently innovative approach to modern Chinese cuisine.
In celebration of this accolade, Executive Chef Junno Li unveils the season-exclusive “Icons of Flavour” menu, available from March 30, with a selection of well-loved signatures from The Chinese Library.
Inspired by the concept of time, highlight dishes include Double-boiled duck soup with fish maw and 25-year aged tangerine peel and Steamed yellow croaker with 10-year aged Chinese yellow wine.
