The Chinese Library celebrates the seasonal mushroom harvest with a brand-new 10-course tasting menu, Treasures of the Earth (山珍瑰寶盛宴). Chef Junno Li masterfully highlights the natural flavours and textures of the produce using 12 types of the rarest and freshest mushrooms, elevated with seafood and other premium ingredients, and transforms them into 10 exquisitely refreshing dishes.
The seasonal menu presents a series of light and fragrant dishes that are perfect to dive into during the summer heat, including the Thinly sliced winter melon with red shrimp, Bamboo fungus roll in Chinese lychee mushroom soup, Handmade udon with yellow croaker and homemade pickled radish and more.
